For this collaboration and giveaway event, we're excited to showcase the woodworking/resin talents of Tantalizing Timber, paired up with Trupti’s Craft paper quilling art.
About this stunning and beautiful board…
This 18” X 12” charcuterie/serving board is made up of walnut live-edge wood combined with a two-part clear epoxy resin, which encases the paper quilling art fully. The first layer of resin was poured using pearl white resin to serve as a base. A custom color mixture (we can’t share all of our secrets, can we?), combined with an additional layer of pearl white allow the subdued colors to gently shine through. This technique created the perfect canvas to place the handmade paper quilling art onto. Followed by 3 thin layers of clear resin, the final product was buffed to a high shine to capture every gorgeous detail.
